*Once purchased, these tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE. Under absolutely no circumstances will the airline refund these highly discounted airline tickets.
    *Tickets are completely NON-CHANGEABLE after the first travel date has passed.
    *Name changes are not allowed under any circumstances

In order to change the ticket(s) that you have purchased, you must:
- You should request a change at least one day before the departure.
    * Changing department working hours Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM EST till 6:00 PM EST.
    * we will not be able to process any changes request on Saturday or Sunday.

- CHANGE FEE - Pay a fee of $200 per ticket (for Domestic Flights) and $350 per ticket (for International Flights)
- DIFFERENCE IN FARE - Additionally, if the new tickets costs more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are less than the original, the airline will not credit the difference.
- Therefore, the total cost will be (The Change Fee) + (The Difference in the Cost of the Tickets)
- Changes are permitted for a change fee, but only if they are made prior to the date of the originally scheduled flight. Changes are not permitted on the day of the scheduled flight or after.

Change Ticket By Fax
Requesting the change before the first travel date. The change request must be done BEFORE the first travel date. Also cancel your reservation before traveling date. (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays contact the airlines and cancel your booking with them. Otherwise, the ticket is completely worthless. Fax to 703-379-6983

- Cancel after payment is received..... All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE
- No shows and partially used tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-RE-ROUTABLE.
- Fares are subject to change without any prior notice.

Hotels Cancellation Policy

- All bookings cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a 1 night cancellation penalty. All Bookings that are less than 7 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. In addition to the hotel's cancellation policy, there is a 4% credit card refund fee.
- No refunds for early checkouts.
- Guest names won't be shown in hotel system till 24 to 48 hours of check-in date.
- Bookings during trade fairs cannot be cancelled after you have reconfirmed, or after the cancellation deadline has passed, without incurring cancellation charges.
- We reserve the right to be indemnified by you in full against all loss, costs, damages, charges and expenses incurred by us as a result of any cancellation for any reason.
